RETURNS AND CHANGES
Purchases made online at acuario swimwear are not eligible for changes or returns in our stores.
Purchase returns made on the website www.acuarioswimwear.com must be within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product.
Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the recipient address.
Refunds will be made according to the payment method used, and the repayment time will depend on the payment method chosen.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us at info@acuarioswimwear.com. Include your order number in the email to track your order, that way we will help you get the package as soon as it is possible.
Colors and sizes may vary due to photographic lenses, indoor, outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not meet the original condition, we will not issue an ONLINE CREDIT.
RETURN OR CHANGE
If you wish to return your item, please note that you have 30 days to do so, please send us an email to info@acuarioawimwear.com, include your order number and the reason you are returning the item. We do not accept returns of thong thread or any white garment. We will respond as soon as possible with the instructions to follow.
For exchange or refund policies to be applied, products must be returned unused, with the Original Aquarium labels, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition, the hygienic liner in place.
To make changes to purchases of items on the site with credit card, debit card, gift cards, electronic certificates and electronic wallet:
You can only make changes in the size of the same product, if you need to make a change for another model or product, you need to return the product and make a new purchase, this is the availability of products in the online store.
CANCELLATION
We do not accept cancellations once your payment has been made.
Before making any changes, you must send an email to info@acuarioswinwear.com to verify that the size is still available.
Note: All shipping costs to return an item must be borne by the customer.
Package and seal your products safely (preferably in the original package) and include the “billing format”. Please note that the return is not prepaid, therefore, you will be responsible for the shipping cost, both outbound and in return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped only from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend and selected holidays are processed the next business day.
It is essential to correctly register all the data of the delivery address, contact telephone numbers and any important reference of the address to avoid inconveniences in the delivery (such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, not finding someone who receives the order, etc.).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our store in the Dominican Republic. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, the delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the recipient address, wait 4 to 6 business days to process your orders. After that, delivery to the United States will take 2-3 business days, and 7-10 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax free in US dollars, which means that you may have to pay the duties and taxes once You receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees can be collected once your order reaches its final destination and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country.
